"Improve" shall be defined as removing at least 25% of negative items that we are hired to remove from the threecredit bureau reports: Trans Union, Equifax, and Experian This must be completed within six months from the date of contract for full credit restoration services . In order to qualify for this warranty, you must have contracted us to have at least four (4) negative items removed. Clients must not have used a credit repair company or attempted to repair his/her credit on his/her own in the past two (2) years for the warranty to be in effect.  The client must be fully cooperative, complying with all directives as explained to them by Happy Credit, Inc.The warranty only applies to items we are contracted to remove by the Client . Any negative items on the credit report added after we are retained ae not included in the warranty.

Credit Score Enhancement Guarantee

If target score is not achieved within time frame provided, full refund will be given to the client. If new items appear on the client’s credit reports that negatively affect the FICO- scores during the period of service, then the warranty is voided. This includes closing accounts, opening new accounts, new late payments, collections, charge offs, judgments, and inquiries. Warranty is voided if original FICO is not accurate .Warranty is also voided if credit is not pulled by lender when instructed by Happy Credit or if the lender pulls through a different credit vendor.
